Introduction

This Privacy Policy explains how Loryve collects, uses, stores, and protects data when you use our AI wardrobe, styling tools, virtual try-on features, and paid subscription services.

We want this document to feel clear rather than hidden behind legal fog: premium in tone, but complete enough to support trust and responsible use.

What data we collect

We may collect account information, name, email address, subscription status, browser and device signals, technical logs, and product interaction data. We also process the content you intentionally upload into the service.

Uploaded photos

This includes clothing photos, user photos, and any other images you choose to upload for wardrobe analysis or try-on rendering. Because style data can be deeply personal, we treat these uploads with heightened care.

Uploaded photos are used to support wardrobe understanding, outfit generation, visualization, and related in-account product features.

Wardrobe metadata

Loryve generates structured wardrobe metadata such as category, color, seasonality, silhouette, layering logic, and compatibility signals that help improve styling accuracy.

This metadata is part of the intelligence layer behind outfit recommendations and product personalization.

Payment metadata and WayForPay

For paid plans we may receive limited billing metadata from WayForPay or other payment processors. We do not store full payment card details on our own servers unless explicitly stated otherwise.

We may retain transaction identifiers, payment statuses, subscription references, and related billing records required for service continuity, accounting, and dispute handling.

AI processing disclosure

When you use generation, try-on, or other AI-powered features, your inputs may be processed by internal models or third-party AI providers integrated into the service.

We aim to minimize the amount of data shared with such providers and use those integrations for functional product purposes only.

Third-party providers

Loryve may rely on third-party infrastructure for payments, analytics, storage, delivery, AI processing, or operational monitoring. These providers are given only the access needed to perform their role.

We expect commercial partners to maintain appropriate security and contractual obligations around user data.

Storage and CDN

Images, generated results, and other assets may be stored in object storage and delivered through a content delivery network to improve speed, reliability, and availability.

Analytics

We may use analytics signals to understand performance, reduce friction, and improve the quality of the product experience. We do not sell personal data for third-party advertising profiles.

Retention policy

We retain data for as long as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, support billing, protect platform security, and resolve disputes.

When accounts are deleted, we aim to remove or anonymize data within a reasonable period unless retention is required by law or justified operationally.

Deletion rights

You may request deletion of your account or certain categories of data. In some cases we may retain limited records where required for legal compliance, anti-fraud, accounting, or security purposes.

Export rights

Where reasonably available, we may provide an export of selected account, wardrobe, or subscription-related data.

Cookies

Loryve uses cookies and related technologies to maintain sessions, secure sign-in, preserve product stability, and improve the user experience.

International processing

Your data may be processed or stored in jurisdictions outside your country of residence where infrastructure, AI processing, payments, or delivery providers operate.

18+

Loryve is intended for adults. If you are under 18, do not use the service without appropriate legal permission from a parent or legal guardian.
