By using Loryve, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of them, you should not use the service.

Loryve is intended for adults. If you are under 18, you may use the service only where legally permitted and with appropriate authorization from a parent or legal guardian.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure, for activity that happens within your account, and for the accuracy of the information you provide to the service.

You retain ownership of clothing photos, user photos, and other content you upload to Loryve. You confirm that you have the rights required to upload and use that content.

By using Loryve, you grant us a limited license to process your uploaded content solely for operating the service, including wardrobe analysis, outfit generation, AI rendering, and try-on experiences.

Generated looks and virtual try-ons are algorithmic visualizations. They do not guarantee exact real-world fit, fabric behavior, color accuracy under every condition, or a perfect physical match.

Paid plans may be offered on a recurring subscription basis. Payments are processed through WayForPay or other payment processors that manage transaction infrastructure and payment credentials.

By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges according to the billing cycle of your selected plan unless you cancel before the next renewal date.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, paid plans renew automatically for the next billing period. Pricing, cycle information, and renewal status should be visible in your account or payment confirmations.

You may cancel future renewal at any time before the next billing date. After cancellation, access to paid functionality may remain available until the end of the already paid period.

Unless required by law or explicitly stated in a promotional offer, subscription payments are considered final and are not automatically refundable. Exceptional refund requests may be reviewed individually.

Do not use Loryve for unlawful activity, fraud, technical abuse, scraping around product limits, or uploading content that infringes the rights of third parties.

We may apply rate limits, moderation controls, temporary restrictions, or account review if we detect suspicious activity, abuse of AI features, or behavior that creates risk for the platform or other users.

Loryve is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, business interruption, styling decisions made by users, or visual deviations in generated content.

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, abuse the service, or create legal, financial, or security risk for the platform or its users.

These Terms are governed by the applicable law of the jurisdiction we designate for operation of the service, unless mandatory consumer or data protection law requires otherwise.
